Our support at a glance
Our focus is on looking after you from start to finish and making it as easy as possible for you to build a long-term partnership with us. To do this, we need at least 1% trust on your part so that we can earn the remaining 99% through our advice and support. Without genuine interest and trust from you, it won’t work.

Introductory appointment
At an initial meeting, we get to know each other and establish a basis of trust. We will also introduce you to our concept and the associated advantages and disadvantages of real estate as an investment. If you are convinced, we will continue the process and fill out a self-disclosure form together – this is a rough overview of your finances.

Real estate choice
Together we will choose your investment property. Our real estate projects are all located in the south of Germany (Baden-Württemberg & Bavaria), as the economic dynamics in these regions are relatively high. The properties are classic residential properties (apartments and houses) that are under construction or have just been completed. Recently renovated properties are also possible. In any case, we make sure that the properties are completed in accordance with high German building standards and are energy-efficient. (at least KFW 55 building standard)

Financing
Once you have selected your desired property, you prepare your financial dossier. This includes various documents relating to your creditworthiness and can be organized within 3-4 days. Your real estate partner will be there to support you. As soon as your dossier is complete, your chosen property is considered reserved and will be waiting for you until the notary appointment. We will then submit your dossier via one of the largest financiers in Germany, who will select the best bank for you. This bank will then check your application and send you the mortgage contract.

Viewing & notary
As soon as you have received the written financing approval from the bank, we will plan the viewing and the notary appointment for you. On this day, you will travel to Germany and meet the developer of your project in person. There you will – depending on the project – select the samples for your property and then view the property. Finally, you will travel with the developer to the notary, who will notarize your prepared purchase contract and congratulate you on your purchase!

As part of our consultation, you will hear some facts, figures and data. So that you know in advance where we get this data from, we would like to introduce you to Prognos.
Prognos AG is an analysis and consulting company with headquarters in Basel and several locations in Germany. The company advises various private and public clients on economic issues. It produces future atlases every three years, most recently in 2022. These atlases show the sustainability of German regions – based on macroeconomic and socioeconomic indicators – and compare them in a nationwide ranking.
